SUMMARY:4-Day Advanced Course for Professionals Langeland Denmark
DESCRIPTION:This 4-day course and retreat is designed for professionals who wish to advance and refine their understanding of the explorations found in my book Core Awareness: Enhancing Yoga\, Pilates Exercise\, and Dance. Each day will be broken down into one of the concepts which we will work through to refine the movement\, increase proprioception\, and gain results.  We will work together as a group\, in partners\, and as individuals.  The goal will be for you to integrate the explorations into your own practice and be able to guide clients and students through a process so as not to compensate or engage their Psoas. This workshop will be held in an intimate setting for a group of 12.  I hope by offering this course to give you the time and attention to deepen your understanding of my work with the Psoas and to answer your questions\, explore each concept in depth\, and advance your professional goals.\n\nPREREQUISITE & REQUIREMENTS: You must be a professional (not a layperson) and have attended a minimum of two Psoas Workshops (or Teleclass/workshop combination) to attend.  I encourage professionals already on my COMMUNITY page to attend this course to further deepen your understanding of how to utilize the explorations. This course is an educational process designed for people in the field of bodywork and fitness\, not for those wishing to heal their Psoas.
