Re-Wilding Psoas: Somatic Awareness and Thriving

Change is in the air…I hear the beating rhythm of snow drops melting slippery down the rugged roof. I am inside. Staying warm, sleeping deep, slowing dreams. The season of winter turns me inside out. Returning to myself I reflect upon what has been and what I hold dear. Within this heart of winter – deep within the spiral – I sense the pulse of unfolding  – a pooling potential not yet formed. When I ponder unfolding to manifest into the larger world around me beyond my local senses deep into cyberspace I see demolitions and dissolutions…flesh crawling images that leave me holding my breath – against such pain. Yet I imagine myself as the forest capable of composting that which has been; to nourish all that will be.

My ear tuned to call and echo responses from near and afar – the deep longing that syncs in rhythmic pulses within my cells  – dissolving, restoring, and re-awakening.

Growing Core Integrity ~ A Global Psoas in a Cultural Body

Welcome to Core Awareness™

Liz Koch is an international educator and author who seeks to dissolve the objectification of “body” in order to re-conceptualize human beings as biologically intelligent, self-organizing, and self-healing. Employing biomorphic and embryonic paradigms, Liz redefines psoas as smart, expressive tissue that is both elemental and universal.

Core Awareness fosters core integrity and self-efficacy as creative and expressive human beings.

Here at Core Awareness you’ll discover new ways of understanding the psoas. In addition to the blogs there is an educationally rich sourcing free for the taking. Explore my videos, articles, podcasts, interviews, FAQ’s and community links and let yourself go wild!
