Janice (Ha) Cathey and Liz Koch return to discuss how we have each grown a bio-dynamic business.

This model of business is unique and emerges out of natural flowing dynamic principles of success.

A flourishing of our personal lives where our businesses reflect our innate choices, keen priorities, and deep convictions.

Tracking our animal body instincts is primary for deep bone knowing decisions. sniffing out what feeds our soul, and nourishes our lives to root deeply into community, family, the core of being.

This way of doing business in a far cry from the driven, hierarchical success where beating down the competition or inflating oneself becomes the dominate force.  Instead, this is a way of life, a melting of desires ~  a weaving of possibilities.

Ha.Le’ was born from a desire to heal: a homecoming to body, indulging in slow movement, restoration, mindful walks, nature, and developing a deep relationship with self and others. Integrating holistically, collaborating as opposed to competing, and fostering an environment of awakened care.

Guinea Pig Publications™ and Core Awareness™ unfolded as a passion for changing the language of body revealing itself slowly, growing down through layers of the dominant cultural perceptions of body and up through direct perception, meandering awareness and heartfelt longing to become words on pages and explorations in emerging gestures.
