WiLDING Collaboration: The Real-Evolution Will Be MOVING with Laura Ward New York NY
April 28 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
A movement-based journey of expression, meaning, and reflection
through simple posture and gesture explorations.
What does it take to GET BIG, to take up space, to get small… to shrink or back off, to brace and resist, or to flow and let go???
These themes will be explored in relationship with ourselves and with others through the use of geometric space, expansion, contraction, growing, shrinking, yielding, pushing, pulling, and resolving.
Through guided movement, sensation, and discussion we will forage for new insights and develop patterning that supports our growth and agency.
