This workshop employs a bio-intelligent paradigm exploring the inter-relationships of core integrity, self-actualization, and innovative expression available within your fluid core. Nurturing coherent interplay between psoas, bone, heart, and gut you’ll experience the role psoas plays in stress regulation, dynamic expression, and neuroplasticity. Discover how a fluid, nourished iliopsoas complex can resolve trauma, improve well-being, refine functional movement and invite creativity.
The workshop includes:
- Understanding the psoas as a core messenger for well-being

With 45 years experience specializing in the psoas, Liz is recognized in the somatic, bodywork, and fitness professions as an authority on the psoas.
