Jessi initiates our journey into the primal feminine through an elemental movement practice to honor each of the natural elements ~ ground, lubricate, activate, expand and simmer before dropping in to primal movement and ceremonial ritual.
Liz – by going into the dark we listen to the call to return once again. Gestation always takes place in the dark, whether it is the egg in the nest, the seed in the earth, or the embryo in the womb. Incubation is a transformative process where growth takes a new shape. This mysterious process requires moist darkness as incubation is a voyage to the underworld.
