What Participants Are Saying…
From the very first class, learning how to think about the psoas as bio-intelligent tissue, something has ignited in me.
My work these past 8 years with Chi Nei Tsang has been geared towards that with the whole body, but something in the way you teach brought it more imminent.
Your voice and actual delivery of information is the best way to release a tight Psoas!
Absolutely loving your teleclasses, really validating the movement practices I’m so into (rolling, grounding, unraveling, authentic movement etc) and backing it all up in the bio-intelligent paradigm. I’m learning loads!
This has been the best thing I have done for my Psoas. I am just sorry I did not do it sooner.
I wanted to thank you for a truly enlightening class. I LOVE your investigations, understanding of the psoas and integrative, eye-opening perspectives. I really enjoyed this teleclass and hope to learn more from you in the near future!
I just listened to the class recording and it is excellent, I was especially moved by the details, like your deft address of the word “attached”…as in “the Psoas is attached to…” that is just lovely and restful to hear.
I am finding your Psoas teleclass very useful and juicy – can’t wait to hear the next class!
I want you to know that your words have such a resonance with my view of how enormous are the manifestations of the body beyond elemental anatomy. Your clarity has affected how I begin the invitation to experience the movement of weight, tissue, and breath as one healing self; your clarity transforms (as a yoga teacher) my beginning into each person’s own inviting. This transformation has been remarkable to see. Coming upon your work is a magnificent meal for my begging bowl! May I share this vitality, and my thanks”
Informative & practical: Exercises were assigned that were actually possible to do at home without personal contact with the instructor, and I could do these exercises within the first day.
Valuable insight into how to work with a muscle that is a common problem for many of my clients.
A most valuable class for postural and pelvic awareness – I learned how to sit more comfortably, and I learned how to avoid exacerbating some SI joint problems I have. The physical therapy exercises I’d been given had only worsened my back/pelvic pain, but I found Liz’s exercises and skillful observations to be profoundly helpful in reducing my pain and correcting my pelvic alignment.
I’m really enjoying it very much and learning heaps. I love your languaging around all the issues and topics you are raising – inspirational. As a yoga teacher, it seems that more and more I am moving towards an understanding and learning about neutrality, equanimity, balance, and that my practice is about embodying that. Gradually I am finding that my yoga practice and teaching is not about mastering a particular shape with my body, but more of an exploration of dynamic movement, resolving towards balance, presence, and ease.
Great class, I am excited by this fresh take on the core.
