Re-Wilding Psoas – A Healing Retreat in Tuscany Italy
November 17 @ 3:00 pm - November 21 @ 11:00 am
Nourish ~ Awaken ~ Be Vitalized
This 4-night Retreat package offers time to nourish the primordial Psoas using micro-movements: non-linear, multi-dimensional, fluid movement. You will be encouraged to explore at your own pace, and be moved from the biological-intelligence within you. We will explore on land and in water. The Adler thermal springs offers us healing water 37° C coming from natural springs. I will be working one to one with each of you.
Monday – Thursday we’ll have studio space available from 1:00 – 5:00 for personal & group sessions. I will be available to explore movement in water and for social gatherings, lunch and dinner whenever possible.
Your time will be yours to dip in and enjoy the many opportunities the spa and local area has to offer!
