Join Liz Koch and Annie Radha Holcombe for a movement writing collaboration…moving and writing from the core of our being.  Re-Wilding experiences are an opportunity to dive into our purpose, our potential and be fully present with it all! Meeting our inner wilderness and deeply embodying the elements we are able to fully live the truth of who we are and our lives become an expression of our potential. Being truly at home, grounded, earthed we can then explore meeting “the other” in a new deeply soulful way.
 

Annie Radha Holcombe, Mother of Grace Revolution (a healing and movement studio in Melbourne Australia), has been teaching Spiritually aware movement, meditation, healing and down to earth wisdom  practices for over 25 years. A  yoga therapist and somatic based hands on healer she has spent much of her life as a traveling spiritual seeker looking for ways to be truly at peace and present with all that this life brings.
Annie is the author of  THE GIRL IN THE RED SARI

Liz Koch  is an international educator, author, and creator of CoreAwareness™ focusing on awareness as key for developing human potential and awakening consciousness. With over 40 years experience specializing in the human core, Liz is recognized as an authority on the core tissue called Psoas.  Both nationally and internationally published, her works include The Psoas Book, Unraveling Scoliosis CD, Core Awareness; Enhancing Yoga, Pilates, Exercise & Dance, Psoas & Back Pain CD and Mother, Maiden, Crone: Our Pleasure Playlist and her latest book Stalking Wild Psoas: Embodying Your Core Intelligence  (2019 North Atlantic Books)
