Self Help Techniques for Resolving Scar Tissue 

Join international Somatic Educator Liz Koch & Advanced NeuroStrength™ MELT trainer Nikole Dufelmeier for this two-day movements exploration (participants will remain full clothed). Learn the importance of hydrating connective tissue for gaining a juicy responsive psoas and eliminating interruptions in core movement. Discover how best to restore a healthy core psoas by practicing self-help MELT techniques for resolving scar tissue.

PREPARATION: To receive the most from this workshop it is recommended that you read The Psoas Book and research online  the basics of connective tissue. 

 

Nikole Dufelmeier, MDiv is a Pneuma-Somatic Educator.  This unique combination allows her to work with the physical and spiritual aspects of each indidivual. An Advanced Level 5 MELT Instructor,  Nikole has been teaching MELT since 2014 completing the Advanced Level 2 NeuroStrength training with creator Sue Hitzmann in New York City in 2019.  She is a certified Hatha yoga instructor has completed the Professional Application Course and Advanced Training to incorporate CoreAwareness™ principles into her teaching and her own personal practice of self-care.  

 

 

Liz Koch  is an international educator, author, and creator of CoreAwareness™ focusing on awareness as key for developing human potential and awakening consciousness.
