Applying Fluid Movement to Exercise Protocal 

Working with fluid movement both before and afterward exercising
is a practical way of developing sensory core awareness to enhance fitness and exercise.

Human being are spine-based organisms. The earliest pre-vertebral (spine) is found in the ancient ocean creature, the sea squirt. Fluid Movement enhances the development of neuro-pathways, which in turn helps us avoid compensations that lead to injuries.

All movement is spine-based.

Articulation of movement emerges from a supple, fluid, dynamic core.

 A specific movement  initiated from core awareness has the greatest range of expression with the least amount of muscular substitution.  The arms and legs, with centered ball-and-socket joints, are capable of moving in all three-dimensional planes. When core movement is not disrupted it differentiates as it moves out into fingers and toes.
