 This 4-night Retreat at the 5 star Adler Hotel is a package that includes access to all the pools and multiple steam rooms, rest and play areas, plus beautiful accommodations throughout, bikes for adventures and an amazing full range of breakfast delights and a 4 course dinner beyond your wildest imagination.  Locally sourced, most often the food is organic, with an incredible selection, and exquisitely prepared – you will be nourished to the core of your being.  

Our time together offers community and support to nourish your primordial Psoas using micro, non-linear, multi-dimensional, fluid movement we will explore in land and the the warm healing waters,  You are encouraged to explore at your own pace, and be moved from the biological-intelligence within you to explore in any way you are called.

The Adler thermal springs offers healing water 37° C sourced from natural springs.

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday I will be available for movement explorations in our studio space available from 1:00 – 5:00 for both group sessions and personal explorations. I will also be available to explore movement in water every morning, meet for a walk or conversations, cocktail hour, and gather for long delicious  dinners together.

Your time and choices will be yours to dip in and  enjoy the many opportunities the spa and local area has to offer!

I will be available to work with each of you in water and on land. 

Prerequisite minimum: attending one BASIC Psoas workshop on zoom or in-person workshop. This is not a course it is a retreat and you will be deepening your ability to listen to the call from deep within…the messenger of the midline, your bio-intelligent Psoas.

You will need to either share a room or bring a partner (who does not have to be involved in the retreat).
There is also the option of sharing up to 3 participants in a family suite that is quite large and spacious.
