I offer a one hour weekly P S O A S  S A V V Y movement class as an opportunity
to support Core Awareness integrity and a Juicy Functional Psoas.
Together we’ll increase our sensory awareness through subtle movement.

Although nothing is needed to join ~  I urge you to order or collect the following tools for play. Soft inflatable ball, 2 sizes of small balls for foot work, 2 small sandbags or 2 lb ankle weights. MY BEST HYDRATING TOOL RESOURCES As seen in Core Awareness

The tools listed below are shipped from Denmark. They are my favorites but I only sell them via invoicing to my students, they are not available on my website.  If you decide you want to use them, you will need to let me know and I will send an invoice that you may pay with any major credit card or PayPal account.  All three (actually four tools total) can fit in one envelope. If you are interested in the tools I use please consider ordering all tools at one time to save on shipping. 1) Hydrating INFLATABLE ball (BPA free) is made in Italy and comes without plastic wrapping – it is the most flexible of balls.  Exploration Balls  $20.00 color green

2) WAKE N MOVE foot roller (the one I use in Core Awareness – (BPA free) – Wake’N’Move 1 roller – $25.00 color green

3) DANISH (FOOT) BALL SET  (1 Small & 1 Big Ball) (BPA free) $12.00 for the combo – select colors are red, yellow, green, and blue
