Stalking Wild Psoas (18-hr) Workshop Berkeley CA

March 13, 2020 @ 1:00 pm - March 15, 2020 @ 4:00 pm

$430.00 – $525.00

Taste The Wild Waters of Wholeness

A 3-day process-oriented re-wilding psoas workshop focused on restoring and nourishing the bio-intelligent psoas using micro-non-linear, multi-dimensional, fluid movement, and sound frequency. This offering is an opportunity to heal psoas issues and awaken your core integrity. Just as a tree, grown in a restricted container, never reaches its full potential, so too a domesticated and/or overly trained psoas never fully expressive –  our soulful, animal body and true nature bound within social decorum, linear patterns, and repetitive movement becomes stifled and dry.
Be moved from deep within to awaken your inner strength and creativity!

Wondering if this the workshop for me?  https://coreawareness.com/stalking-wild-psoas-awakening-to-our-creative-self/

No experience necessary. Every one is welcome.

NOTE: If you are having difficulty with your Psoas and/or your movement is limited, this workshop can offer you the opportunity to heal.

Welcome to Core Awareness™

Liz Koch is an international educator and author who seeks to dissolve the objectification of “body” in order to re-conceptualize human beings as biologically intelligent, self-organizing, and self-healing. Employing biomorphic and embryonic paradigms, Liz redefines psoas as smart, expressive tissue that is both elemental and universal.

Core Awareness fosters core integrity and self-efficacy as creative and expressive human beings.

Here at Core Awareness you’ll discover new ways of understanding the psoas. In addition to the blogs there is an educationally rich sourcing free for the taking. Explore my videos, articles, podcasts, interviews, FAQ’s and community links and let yourself go wild!
