VENUE: The Country Studio is 20 minutes from Lawrence offering a tranquil location for a sensory reset.

Alice Steuerwald  is a steward of a 60 acre forest, where she practices the wise woman tradition and lives a yogic life. She’s a seasoned bodyworker who weaves bio-dynamics, neural fascial, structural integration hands on.  Alice shares how to support the visceral, respiratory, nervous system along with fluid transport with self-care techniques to awaken your inner potential and discover a sense of self through sensation.  Our  body, mind, spirit complex is wholeness.
