Stalking Wild Psoas Workshop New York NY

April 20, 2018 @ 1:00 pm - April 22, 2018 @ 4:00 pm

$430.00 – $522.00

Taste The Wild Waters of Wholeness

This 3-day, process-oriented workshop nourishes the bio-intelligent psoas using micro, non-linear, multi-dimensional, fluid movement, and sound frequency. It offers the opportunity to heal psoas issues and awaken your core integrity. Just as a tree, grown in a restricted container, never reaches its full potential, so too a domesticated psoas never fully express itself when bound within social decorum, linear patterns, and repetitive movement. Be moved from deep within and awaken your inner strength and creativity!

Read my recent blog for more clarity ~  https://coreawareness.com/stalking-wild-psoas-awakening-to-our-creative-self/

No experience necessary. Every one is welcome.

NOTE: If you are having difficulty with your Psoas and/or your movement is limited, this workshop can offer you the opportunity to heal.

Welcome to Core Awareness™

Liz Koch is an international educator and author who seeks to dissolve the objectification of “body” in order to re-conceptualize human beings as biologically intelligent, self-organizing, and self-healing. Employing biomorphic and embryonic paradigms, Liz redefines psoas as smart, expressive tissue that is both elemental and universal.

Core Awareness fosters core integrity and self-efficacy as creative and expressive human beings.

Here at Core Awareness you’ll discover new ways of understanding the psoas. In addition to the blogs there is an educationally rich sourcing free for the taking. Explore my videos, articles, podcasts, interviews, FAQ’s and community links and let yourself go wild!
